Dana Gas has a 26.4% interest in Egyptian Bahrain Gas Development Company (“EBGDCo”), a joint venture to build a LPG extraction plant at Ras Shukhier on the Gulf of Suez. This interest is held through Dana Gas’ 66% ownership of Danagaz Bahrain. This plant is expected to come on stream in mid 2011, after a total project investment of approximately AED 350 million and will extract 130,000 tonnes per annum of LPG from a gas stream of 150 MMscfpd.
