Mr. Mohamed Al Sayed Al Hashmi is the Chief Executive Officer of the Private Department of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Khalid Al Nahyan, where he oversees a diversified portfolio spanning real estate, private equity, capital markets, and strategic investments.

He brings extensive executive experience in the energy, investment and financial sectors, with particular expertise in corporate strategy, capital allocation, governance, and value creation. Prior to his current role, he held senior leadership positions at ADNOC and served as Chief Executive Officer of Eshraq Investments PJSC, where he led the company’s strategic transformation and investment activities.

Mr. Al Hashmi serves on the boards of several listed and private companies, providing oversight across investment, governance and risk matters.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University and a Postgraduate Degree from Harvard University.
